A stethoscope with two headsets, which allow instructor and student to perform simultaneous auscultation. Available with a traditional two-sided chestpiece or single-sided tunable diaphragm chestpiece. Both models have tunable diaphragms.

Littmann Teaching stethoscopes are available in two chestpiece options that offer both bell and diaphragm mode auscultation. Both the traditional style chestpiece of the 3M Littmann Classic II S.E. Stethoscope and the single-sided chestpiece design of the 3M Littmann Master Classic II Stethoscope, have tunable diaphragms. Both products have one black and one burgundy tube.
