With the unique "Master" solid stainless steel chestpiece you can easily alternate between low and high frequency sounds without moving the chestpiece or operating a switching mechanism. The traditional bell mode and diaphragm mode have been incorporated into the single-sided "Master" chestpiece.

Tunable technology provides convenience, versatility and enhanced acoustics. Its dual-frequency diaphragm combines both bell (low-frequency) and diaphragm (high-frequency) modes in one chestpiece side. You control bell and diaphragm modes by pressure on the chestpiece rather than turning it over.

Bell Mode (low-frequency) Light contact with chestpiece allows you to hear low-frequency sounds.
Diaphragm Mode (high-frequency) Without turning the chestpiece over, use firm pressure to hear high-frequency sounds.

For bell mode low frequency monitoring, simply hold the "Master" chestpiece in place with light skin contact. For diaphragm mode high frequency monitoring, apply firm pressure on the contoured chestpiece.
