This is the perfect NICU stethoscope, as expected. I'd been using my Welch Allyn Harvey DLX, but even the pediatric attachment proved too large for the 1 lb micro-preemies. Even though this isn't a cardiology stethoscope, this has superior acoustics over the Harvey in the NICU population.
